We have approximately 400 olive trees on the farm: Frantoio, Mission and Kalamata varieties. We produce Extra Virgin Olive Oil as well as table olives and Olive Tapenade. Salome has done the Olive Oil Tasting Course and we do a blend of Frantoio and Mission olives. We have won bronze and silver medals. We offer a Boutique Extra Virgin Olive Oil for the discerning taste.
Botuin takes great care when it comes to our Table Olives. We let the olives mature in the salty brine for approximately a year.
The Tapenade is Salome’s secret recipe which she shares with anyone willing to listen. The tapenade is exceptionally good served with fresh-out-the-oven ciabata.
